If You Encounter Issues with Tracking

  • No Shipping Confirmation Received:
    If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, contact us at support@revoris.shop.

  • Tracking Link Not Working:
    In rare cases, it may take some time for tracking information to be updated in the shipping provider's system. If the tracking link does not work after 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team.
